- What constitutes “Government Submission”: This refers to the point where your application package has been physically or digitally lodged with the government body, and an official acknowledgement, receipt, or tracking number has been issued, signifying that the government has commenced its review process.
- Why 0% is non-refundable: At this stage, Bali PMA Setup has completed the primary scope of its service by preparing and submitting your application in accordance with government requirements. Our work, expertise, and resources have been fully committed to getting your application into the official system. Furthermore, government application fees, processing fees, and other third-party charges (e.g., notarization, translation, courier services) paid on your behalf are typically non-refundable by the government or third parties, regardless of the application’s outcome.

- The client has a criminal record or adverse history unknown to Bali PMA Setup.
- The client fails to meet the eligibility criteria as determined by the government authorities, despite our initial assessment.
- There are unforeseen changes in Indonesian immigration laws, policies, or regulations that occur after your application has been submitted.
- The client fails to attend required interviews, provide requested additional documents, or meet other government requirements in a timely manner.
- The government authorities make an arbitrary decision to reject the application.
Our commitment is to guide you through the process effectively, but we cannot influence or control the ultimate decision of government bodies.
4. Refund Process Timeline
